What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Apartment Porter/Maintenance position at MBS Property Management, Inc.?
We are looking for a part-time Porter to join our team for a Multi-family, 76 Unit Tax Credit/Hud/RD Property. This position is 20-hours per week and we can be creative with the schedule.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Qualified candidates will be given the opportunity to join a positive environment where teamwork and respect are promoted. The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- Responsible for keeping the grounds free of litter and debris, curb appeal, cleaning the laundry room, office and other public areas.
- Basic maintenance skills preferred.
- Assist the senior maintenance tech. with painting, janitorial, and plumbing
- Organize and maintain inventory supplies.
- Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred.
- A High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, write, and speak). You must be
- Able to pass a drug screening test and a full background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
