What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time - Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - V.T. position at MBS Property Management, Inc.?
SUMMARY:
This is a part-time (20-hours per week) position that provides administrative support to the office manager. We are seeking a professional individual with great customer service skills and an analytical mindset. You must be able to pass a drug screening test and a full background check.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming tenants and visitors and determining their needs
- Answer all calls and determine the need of the caller
- Perform various clerical duties (typing memos, correspondence, etc.)
- Place memos and notices on tenants doors
- Support the office manager and maintenance staff with various task
- Assist with the cleanliness of the office
- All other duties and task as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Ability to read and write; ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner with personnel at all times; regular and predictable attendance.
