What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager-at PVM - Avenal, CA position at MBS Property Management, Inc.?
We are looking for a seasoned Property Manager with 2-3 years experience with RD/Tax Credit properties. This position is full-time 40 hours a week. A 2-bedroom apartment, (utilities are not included) is a part of the compensation package, after a 90-day introductory period and you must live on-site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of Property Management.
- Must have Affordable Housing Experience for Tax Credit and Rural Development
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
- Customer service and General Office experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
- High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
