What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager - Cedarwood Apts position at MBS Property Management, Inc.?
We were looking for an experienced Property Manager- with Tax Credit, RD and Bond experience. this is a full-time position, the salary is $20-$21 per hour and includes a 3-bedroom apartment (utilities not included) as a part of the compensation package. You must be able to pass a drug screening test and a full background check.
Our ideal candidate Is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to work independently with little oversight. You must have a passion for customer service, well organized, punctual, self-driven with great follow through. Must be dependable and will always provide outstanding customer service to residents.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of Property Management.
- Affordable Housing Experience (TC/RD)
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations
- Customer service and General Office experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and data research.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. English language proficiency.
- High energy, friendly, eager-to-assist and professional demeanor
