Supply Chain Assistant

Logistics Associate Position:
MBS Solutions is seeking a skilled Logistics Associate to join our team in Warren, OH. As a key member of our logistics staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. You will be responsible for picking and filling supply orders, scanning and tracking products, palletizing and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and filling supply orders accurately and efficiently.
• Scanning and tracking products to ensure order accuracy and proper documentation.
• Palletizing and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND WAREHOUSE PROCEDURES.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience required (order filling, shipping, receiving, etc.).
• Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret order fulfillment systems accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and correct errors efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must be reliable and able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week consistently.
• Reliable transportation is required.
