Proficient in developing and maintaining schedules, including calendar synchronization of events and integration of activities for senior leaders. Expert level proficiency in Defense Travel System (DTS). Must possess high communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills. Liaise with internal executives & teams, as well as external business contacts to establish seamless communication. Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating executive-level correspondence. Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract pertinent information for document creation. Must have experience developing senior executive level papers, briefings, and/or technical documentation within the Army and/or greater DoD. Must be able to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Expert level proficiency in Task management system Task Management Tool (TMT). Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS. Preferred skills and experience include:
- Experience in Supply Class III, Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL), to assist Army units in the transition from unit managed storage and distribution facilities to Defense Logistics Agency - Energy (DLA-E) Capitalized sites.
- Coordinates and synchronizes Capitalization Packet requirements with Army units to ensure proper documentation of Real Estate Agreements, Environmental documentation, and Quality Surveillance Plans.
- Collaborates with the Army customer to ensure all proper Capitalization documentation is correct and submitted to DLA-E.
- Participates in quarterly Capitalization update briefings with DLA-E to ensure information synchronization between the Army Petroleum Center (APC) and DLA-E in efforts to streamline the Capitalization process.
- May receive guidance from more senior staff.
- Adhere to AS9100 and the company's QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Experience: Entry level staff professional with general knowledge of the domain area.
Education: BS/BA or HS w/ 4 years' experience.
