Hawaii’s premier destination and event management company is seeking Part-Time and On-Call Airport Greeters, our “Ambassadors of Aloha”, for our Honolulu Airport operations. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated, customer service focused individuals to join our team. Must live on Oahu.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet, greet, and assist passengers at Kona Airport to baggage claim and transportation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Customers include corporate & incentive group travelers and individual vacation travelers
- Collect travel vouchers, paperwork, and other documents from customers and clients
Qualifications:
- Professional work ethic, appearance, and customer service style
- Knowledge of our destination and ability to answer customer questions
- Willing to learn airport processes and procedures and follow instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with external and internal customer bases
- Dependable and on-time
- Willing to work flexible shifts, with availability seven (7) days a week
- Work well in a team environment to accomplish team goals, but also able to work well independently
- Able to comfortably speak to groups ranging from 10-25 people
