Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Manage project scheduling and allocate resources effectively.
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera for project tracking.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices and principles.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in construction projects.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., HeavyBid, Primavera).
- Experience with pipeline construction is preferred.
- Ability to perform quality control checks using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
