Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and address any maintenance issues.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and manage leasing processes.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and increase occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry related to leases, maintenance requests, and resident communications.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Facilitate community events to promote resident engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to property performance and occupancy levels.
Skills
- Strong upselling skills to effectively promote available units and amenities.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
