Our sales team specializes in one-call-close in-home sales, turning homeowner consultations into immediate contracts. We’re growing fast and need a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and coach our sales reps to success.

What You’ll Do

Manage & Train a team of in-home sales representatives, ensuring they hit performance targets.

Develop & Implement Sales Strategies to maximize close rates and average deal size.

Drive Accountability by tracking performance metrics and coaching reps for continuous improvement.

Recruit & Onboard new sales team members to support company growth.

Leverage Salesforce to track sales performance, manage pipelines, and optimize team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

1 years of sales management experience in an in-home, one-call-close environment (home improvement, windows, roofing, solar, etc.).

Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a sales team accountable to metrics.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM to manage sales pipelines.

Strong closing skills and ability to coach others on high-ticket sales techniques.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
