Regional Appointment Setter

Job Description:

As a Regional Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, assigning them to the appropriate Project Managers, and booking qualified appointments for our Project Managers. You will be part of a collaborative team, helping to ensure the success of our operations by meeting key performance goals that will be provided to you. This role is based at one of our current locations, including Ashburn, Frederick, Fredericksburg, Tampa, VA Beach, or Winchester.

You will be using Salesforce CRM to log leads, assign them to Project Managers, and track appointment bookings started in February 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification & Booking:
• Call incoming leads from various sources, including Angi, Birdeye, Contractor Nation, Hatch, HomeAdvisor, and voicemails.
• Book 30 appointments per day (10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, or 4PM.) Appointment times may vary based on the time of year and daily demand.
• Ensure all booked appointments are confirmed and ready for the Project Manager to follow up.

• Lead Assignment & Distribution:
• Distributing leads to the appropriate Project Manager promptly using Salesforce CRM.
• Ensure all leads are logged correctly in the system and routed to the right people.

• Voicemail Management:
• Check and respond to all voicemails in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all incoming messages to ensure leads are not missed.

• Phone Call Management:
• Route incoming phone calls to the correct department or person.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and ensure smooth communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
