As a Client Success Manager at Monster Lead Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving client retention and growth through strategic planning, proactive communication, and innovative problem-solving. As part of the Client Success Team – the business growth hub of the whole organization – you will work closely with our Performance Marketing Team and other departments to ensure that our clients maximize their ROI across all performance marketing spend. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with key accounts, anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed in the mortgage marketing industry. We are committed to assist every client to reach their maximum potential, and we are seeking a talented, ambitious, Client Success professional to join this fast-paced, exciting marketing and technology organization to assist in providing this unique product to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic partnerships that enhance our mortgage marketing platform's value proposition.
- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize client’s marketing investment portfolio and maximize profitability and growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously evaluate campaign performance, making strategic optimizations and delivery adjustments to enhance overall performance.
- Proactively manage marketing campaigns, meticulously evaluating data to gauge progress against client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while also communicating campaign updates and aligning client expectations.
- Manage client’s budget and financial performance ensuring adherence to ROI, margin expectations, and overall performance targets.
- Leverage market insights and industry trends to identify partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, performance marketing, product, and technical teams to support partnership initiatives and drive overall business success.
- Engage collaboratively with Product and Performance Marketing teams to support the development and facilitate the rollout of new products and features, as well as identify and address any potential issues.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization and expansion.
- Ensure clients maximize the value of the platform by leveraging available tools and features.
You’ve got what it takes if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field highly desired
- 5 years in B2B solutions management, preferably with a focus on complex systems and multiple clients
- Proficiency with MS Office suite with advanced Excel skills; familiarity with CRM systems and BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
- Positive attitude, self-starting, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
- Proven track record of delivering client solutions and driving growth.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player with leadership abilities
- Ability to analyze data, think strategically and translate insights into actionable solutions
- Affinity or experience with the mortgage (marketing) industry a plus
