What You’ll Do:
✅ Administrative Support & Organization

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms and video calls.

Organize and maintain digital documentation, including printing, scanning, and filing.

Prepare and process expense reports, track receipts, and ensure accurate financial documentation.

Oversee mail handling and shipping needs, including courier coordination.

Serve as the Program Administrator for the Company Credit Card Program, managing access, reports, and compliance.
✅ Travel & Hospitality Coordination

Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and rental cars.

Prepare detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth business trips.
✅ General Support & Event Planning

Assist in executing projects by conducting research, making calls, tracking deliverables, and meeting deadlines.

Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and presentations.

Support event planning, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance.

Provide receptionist coverage as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
✔ Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
✔ Preferred Skills: Basic accounting knowledge, experience in a professional office setting.
✔ Strong Communicator: Ability to actively listen, speak clearly, and convey information effectively.
✔ Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
