Your Role:
- Assist with managing construction project timelines and deliverables.
- Review building plans and learn scopes of work and schedules.
- Participate in construction site walks and quality inspections.
- Analyze business plans and proformas for new projects.
- Document project notes and construction progress.
- Research construction materials and best practices.
- Support the organization and maintenance of critical project documents.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a Bachelor's in Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- A passion for construction and project management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
