Your responsibilities will include assisting with preparing financial reports, maintaining investor databases, and coordinating communication with investors and other stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
- Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring all contact information is up-to-date
- Support the implementation of a new investor management platform
- Support the coordination of investor meetings and events
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Assist in drafting communication materials for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to prepare quarterly earnings materials
- Provide administrative support as needed
- All Other Duties Assigned
Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for travel to and from work, as well as running errands.
