What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure that our apartment homes are in excellent condition, safe, and move-in ready. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and community success.
🔧 Daily responsibilities include:
- Completing resident work orders efficiently and professionally.
- Performing general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Maintaining the pool, ensuring proper chemical balance and cleanliness.
- Conducting daily property walks to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Managing lock systems, re-keying units, and ensuring secure access.
- Following up on repairs to guarantee resident satisfaction.
- Being on-call for emergency maintenance needs on a rotating basis.
