Your Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our apartment homes are move-in ready, well-maintained, and providing a comfortable living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring apartment homes are market ready and conducting daily property walks
- Promptly handling resident work orders to maintain satisfaction
- Pool and spa maintenance (cleaning skimmers, vacuuming, etc.)
- Conducting light fixture inspections and maintaining supply inventory
- Performing preventive maintenance and accurate record-keeping
- General repair work, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, and concrete work
- Maintaining exterior areas, including landscaping, sidewalks, and parking areas
- Participating in monthly safety training
What We’re Looking For
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and be on-call as needed
