Overview: This position includes but not limited to the following: designing both residential and commercial landscapes, extensive plant knowledge, knowledge of hardscape including pavers, natural stone, and outdoor living space, generating proposals with an established bidding software, working interdepartmentally to increase business, contacting clients regarding design ideas and sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead an established team of accomplished landscape designers
- Distribute leads to design team based on specific skill sets
- Measuring landscape sites and inputting digitally into dynascape
- Designing residential and commercial landscape plans (hardscape and softscape)
- Inputting designs into Dynascape, Sketchup, and/or Lumion
- Generating proposals utilizing an established landscape bidding software
- Submitting proposals to clients and selling work
- Following up with clients regarding proposals
- Following up with clients regarding past due invoices
Additional Duties:
- Communicate with coworkers and customers to take messages, disseminate and distribute information, and address issues
- Work with production to evaluate job progress to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Work with the snow team during the winter months
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency with computer skills
- Extensive plant knowledge
- Self-driven learner
Additional Information: This position is a full-time year round position with a salary commensurate with experience and a benefits package offered.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
