Job Title : Sr Product Manager, GenAIRole Overview : McAfee is looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, consumer-facing products in the Generative AI (GenAI) scam security space. As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of solutions that empower consumers to protect themselves against emerging digital threats. We will only consider candidates currently in The United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.About the role : Product Strategy & Vision : Define and drive the product strategy and vision for GenAI-based scam detection solutions targeting the consumer segment. Identify market opportunities and competitive threats to create a roadmap that delivers innovative security solutions. Cross-Functional Leadership : Lead and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and other teams in a complex cross-functional environment. Ensure alignment and clear communication of goals, priorities, and timelines across all stakeholders. Ambiguity Management : Thrive in and bring structure to ambiguous environments. Use your problem-solving skills and creativity to make informed decisions and define requirements with limited information. Execution & Delivery : Oversee product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. Continuously iterate on products based on user feedback, market trends, and data insights. Stakeholder Management : Present strategies, product updates, and performance insights to senior leadership. Demonstrate the confidence and analytical rigor to advocate for product decisions and pivot when necessary. User-Centric Mindset : Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Incorporate consumer feedback and usability studies to prioritize features and improve the overall user experience. Market Analysis : Stay ahead of the curve by conducting ongoing research on the cybersecurity and scam prevention landscape, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. About you : 10 years of product management experience, preferably in the consumer tech or cybersecurity space. Proven track record of building successful B2C products from concept to launch Understanding of AI / ML technologies like Large Language Models (LLM), Multimodal Generative AI models, Natural Language Inference (NLI), Multiclass classification. Experience with GenAI applications preferred Strong mindset of multi-platform product development with a user-first mindset Experience in consumer security products or a related industry is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on product analytics, user insights, and business metrics to inform decisions and strategy. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
