McAlister's Deli in Conway is looking for an enthusiastic new member to add to our team. If you're a high energy individual with a passion for delivering superior customer service, then we would love to meet with you and see if you would be a great fit for this position.
Responsibilities Include: Delivering superior food and beverage service while maximizing customer satisfaction, and responding efficiently and accurately to our company standards. You will be expected to maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Strong organizational, time-management, and communicative skills are a must for this position.
We are offering positions in both the front and back of the house. For the front of house applicants, we want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and make sure that everything is perfect with their dining experience. Back of the house applicants will be expected to produce quality food product as quickly as possible and oversee food prep while making sure that we comply with with restaurant health and safety regulations.
We'll expect you to maintain a positive attitude during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on food service
- Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Experience in food handling and preparation within a quick service or fast food environment
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and basic math for accurate transactions
- Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
