- Will hire Part-Time or Full-Time,
- Flexible scheduling with lunch shifts, evening shifts, mid-afternoon shifts, mid-morning shifts (restaurant opens at 10:30am and closes at 9pm)
*No kitchen/restaurant experience necessary for kitchen staff Part-Time and/or Full-Time (likely starting around $11-$15/hour, based on experience and availability)
- BOH staff works at different stations, such as making sandwiches, spuds (baked potatoes), salads, appetizers, soups
- 1 person usually expedites completed orders to the window
- Everyone responsible for restocking and cleaning stations, line, etc
- Light prep work

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating for service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Experience with meal preparation and knife skills
- Familiarity with catering and food service operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
