Responsibilities
- Operate the Aloha POS system to process customer orders accurately
- Assist with sales by promoting menu items and upselling when appropriate
- Engage in food preparation and culinary tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area
- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures
- Support bussing duties to ensure tables are cleared efficiently
- Assist in grocery store operations as required
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions
Experience
- Previous experience in a café or food industry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
