Daytime Front of House Team Member

This position is for a DAYTIME Front of the House Team members at the new McAlister's Deli in Mankato. The ideal candidates will have open availability between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm on a week-to-week basis.

This position is for McAlister's Deli Front of House and Back of House weekend team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation standards as set forth by the State of Minnesota as well as our respective brands
• Follow menu specs according to training from certified trainers as well as computer learning
• Accurately and effectively enter orders to our guest's specifications
• Communicate clearly with other team members, shift leads, and members of management
• Operate the Point of Sale system with accuracy while handling cash, cards, and other forms of payment from our guests
• Restock and prepare items as needed to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure every guest leaves HAPPY!

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
