This position is for Full and Part Time Deli Team kitchen members at the new McAlister's Deli in Mankato. The best candidates will have more open availability on a week-to-week basis.

Our locations include Auntie Anne's, Jamba, and Cinnabon along with our newest endeavor, McAlister's Deli, all located here in Mankato. This position is for McAlister's Deli Back of House team members.

Responsibilities
- Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation standards as set forth by the State of Minnesota as well as McAlister's Corporate
- Follow menu specs according to training from certified trainers as well as computer learning
- Accurately and effectively assemble food orders to our guest's specifications
- Communicate clearly with other team members, shift leads, and members of management
- Restock and prepare items as needed to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ensure every guest leaves HAPPY!
