We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Shift Manager at McAlisters Deli. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and lead your team in providing an outstanding dining experience.
• Shift Management: Effectively manage shifts, including scheduling, labor management, and inventory control.
• Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and encouraging employee growth and development.
• Guest Relations: Engage with guests, respond to feedback, and ensure their experience meets our high standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: One year of relevant experience in food service management or leadership.
• Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
