We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McAlister's Deli. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring excellent food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and developing team members
- Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
- Building business through genuine hospitality
- Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food, and product orders
- Interacting with guests to ensure their experience is one-of-a-kind
Requirements:
- One year of management-related experience
- Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts
