About the Role
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for directing the operation of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. This includes managing team members, controlling costs, and maintaining positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
You will work closely with our General Manager to achieve sales and profit objectives, as well as develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
