FedEx Delivery Driver

McAllister Delivery, Inc. - a Contract Service Provider for FedEx Ground - is looking for full-time delivery drivers to work out of our terminal in Joplin, MO and deliver packages to Neosho, Seneca, Cassville, Pineville, Purdy, Wheaton, Granby and the surrounding area.

Here is what you get as a FedEx Delivery Driver for McAllister Delivery:

• Work 5 days a week
• Starting pay is $16.50.
• 1 week paid time off after 1 year, accured time off until one year is hit
• Health insurance is available after 60 days and McAllister Delivery pays 50% of your cost
• Drivers work 6 days during the holiday season (November/December)

McAllister Delivery is Hiring Immediately for Full-Time Delivery Drivers:

If you have experience as a delivery driver, courier, local driver, or pick up and delivery driver, you may be the perfect McAllister Delivery candidate! McAllister Delivery is looking for candidates that are comfortable behind the wheel and have the ability to navigate using a popular map program. If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, Walmart, Domino’s or any other similar company that considered a plus! We have either a Full Time or Part Time job waiting for you as we are immediately hiring.

Requirements

• Clean Driving Record and Class E driver’s license if in Missouri (not needed for KS, OK, AR licenses)
• Pass a drug screen (including marijuana), and random screenings throughout the year
• Background check / No Felonies (background goes back 7 years)
• DOT Physical
• Must be 21 years old
• CDL is NOT required!

• Can you pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle review (meaning no felonies, no excessive speeding tickets, no DWI/DUI)? Background goes back 7 years.
• Do you have a smartphone to communicate with manager and coworkers?
• Do you have reliable transportation to work every day?
• Can you pass an initial drug screen and then random drug screens throughout the year? (Includes THC)
• Are you able to work Saturday all year and Sundays in November/December?
• Can you pass a Department of Transportation physical?
