McAnally Child Development Center is seeking an experienced and passionate Master Teacher to join our team. The Master Teacher will play a key role in fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for children, guiding both children and fellow educators towards achieving developmental milestones. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a strong background in early childhood education, leadership skills, and a commitment to the development and success of both students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction & Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-appropriate curricula that promote learning, creativity, and growth.
- Classroom Leadership: Lead and manage a classroom of children, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Mentorship & Training: Mentor and provide guidance to other teachers and staff, helping to develop their skills and support their professional growth.
- Parent and Family Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child’s progress, behaviors, and any concerns.
- Assessment & Reporting: Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, ensuring that developmental milestones are being met. Prepare and present reports for parents and staff as needed.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and McAnally Child Development Center’s policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Director and other staff to plan and implement school-wide initiatives, activities, and special events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:
- early childhood education or a related field.: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CPR and First Aid certification (Required)
