Job Summary : M365 / Server Administrator is responsible for planning, implementing, and administrating the firm’s hybrid Entra / M365 environment. Perform maintenance and support for on-premise Windows servers while providing advance tier level support for all employees. Participate / lead technical projects both on-premise and in the cloud to assist in firm objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Installation and life-cycle maintenance of IT hardware and Windows Server licensing (servers, networking equipment, Server operating systems)
• Monitors security compliance by firm standards, policies, and procedures
• Responsible for monitoring data backups and ensuring they are completed regularly
• Provides technical support that requires an on-site presence (server, NAS, network, or PC equipment failure), including data backup recovery
• Familiar with the administration of firewall
• Provide general IT support and other responsibilities as assigned
