Key Responsibilities
The Residential Program Specialist is responsible for:
- Coordinating the overall operation of group home facilities
- Providing casework services to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Working closely with MCBHC personnel to ensure appropriate services are provided

- Supervising and training residential program workers
