About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Specialist to join our team at MCAR, Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the overall operation of our group home facilities, ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care and support.
You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individual support plans, coordinate medical and financial needs, and supervise and train residential program workers. Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or special education, and at least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
