Role Overview :

MCare Agency is seeking an experienced and results-driven Event Marketer to lead marketing initiatives for our career fairs and networking events. This role requires expertise in email marketing, social media marketing, and door-to-door promotion to maximize event participation and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Email Marketing : Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to attract attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. Maintain email lists and track engagement metrics.
• Social Media Management : Plan and implement content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Monitor engagement and optimize performance.
• Door-to-Door Marketing : Visit businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote upcoming events and distribute marketing materials.
• Event Promotion & Outreach : Establish partnerships with local organizations, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance event reach.
• Lead Generation & Conversion : Identify and engage potential attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors to ensure successful event turnout.
• Market Analysis : Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Brand Representation : Act as an ambassador for MCare Agency at career fairs, networking events, and community meetups.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor marketing campaign results, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for future projects.
