About the job Medicare Sales Reps Responsibilities-Must be reliable, enthusiastic, high-energy individuals with fun, outgoing personality.-Dependable automobile and a clean driving record.-Must be an active listener who acknowledges customer's needs and a critical thinker who can decide what products best address those wants.-Responsible for generating referrals for home health care by establishing and maintaining relationships with, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled home care agencies, hospice and other service providers.-Visit referral sources in person to develop and strengthen relationships.-Establish a referral stream to meet and exceed sales objectives.-Represent the company with professionalism at all times.-Assist the leadership team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.Associates' degree or equivalent experienceBachelor's Degree preferredMedicare or directly related experienceDemonstrate skill and ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory.Demonstrate technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead management.Strong communication and presentation skills.
