About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Front of House Associate to join our team at McArthur's Bakery in St. Louis, MO. As a Front of House Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have a positive experience at our bakery.
Hours: Mainly looking for Weekends with some weekdays sprinkled in. Open 7 days a week Monday-Friday. 10-16 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
