What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Consultant position at McBride Consulting?

Job Description

McBride is looking for a new team member with strong management consulting skills who can support a large grants management project for a federal client, with a heavy focus on financial management.

You will be responsible for the following :

Supporting the McBride team with financial management, data analysis and reviews of federal grants.
Working with Excel to build detailed and coherent reports with heavy data requirements utilizing Microsoft PowerBI.
Building deliverables in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Supporting project management activities and working with the project manager to maintain contractual compliance

Requirements

1 years of management consulting experience within the Federal government, preferably at a major consulting firm and focusing on data analysis, change management, and / or business process improvement.

Aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face and via teleconference.

Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate with multiple functional groups.

Ability to deliver high quality products using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
