Job Description
is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Communications, Navigation, Surveillance / Air Traffic Management (CNS / ATM) Center of Excellence (COE) within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center / PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC / HB). This directorate manages modernization, development, testing, production, and sustainment for over 140 programs for the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and its allies, playing a critical role in advancing the Air Force's mission.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to :
CNS / ATM II Contract Support :
- Assist USAF program offices with the acquisition and integration of CNS / ATM capabilities via an ID / IQ contract for avionics hardware.
- Prepare and process key documentation, including Delivery Orders, Modifications, Program Office Direction letters, and Market Research reports.
- Develop procurement plans and strategies, and advise on contractual negotiations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of delivery orders, modifications, and historical procurement data.

Qualifications
Citizenship : Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
Education : Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15 years of which must be in the DoD OR
30 years of directly related experience, 20 years of which must be in the DoD
Preferred Qualifications
Education : Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience, 12 years of which must be in the DoD
