McBride Homes is looking to add 2 Part-Time Sales Assistants to work at our new community in the Rolla area.
McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and is an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 35,000 homes across the Saint Louis area and have been in business for over 75 years.
We have one opening for a Sales Assistant to work 2-3 days/week, Monday - Thursday and one opening for a Sales Assistant to work 2-3 days/week on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays) and 11:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays). Pay rate is $14.00/hr.
The ideal candidate will have customer service or sales experience, excellent communication skills and a professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills are required.
Our Sales Assistants take home buyers on a tour of our beautiful display homes and help them understand the floor plans and unique features available. You will help keep the sales momentum going by scheduling appointments, following up with prospects, administrative tasks, and keeping the sales office organized. You will meet a variety of interesting people, and no day is ever the same.
