McBride Building Supply is seeking an experienced truss and panel manufacturing manager who can lead the business to high growth over the next several years. A background in either truss or wall panel production leadership is a highlight preferred.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000/yr. depending on experience and an annual, discretionary bonus program
Location: Cuba, MO
Typical Plant Hours: Wall panel production line will run Monday through Thursday on ten-hour shifts. Potential to run an overtime or night shift line in the future with growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run all aspects of manufacturing operations with a "hands on" approach and regular presence on the floor
- Directly responsible for activities and performance of associates on a shift
- Complete responsibility of Profit and Loss of operations, including financial management, indirect purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping, quality assurance, and engineering
- Oversee inventory control
- Evaluation and development of staff and leadership
- Oversee equipment maintenance program
- Create action plans for departments: design, production, and sales
- Ensure the plant's production lines are optimized
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience in off-site, modular, or panelized construction preferred
- Solid understanding of building products
- 5 years' experience of wood component manufacturing
- 3-5 years of experience as a general manager
- Experience overseeing a highly automated production facility
- Work knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
- Comfortable with technology with MS Office Products, in particular, Excel & Outlook
