About the Role:
This is a pivotal role, ensuring smooth operations for two of the world’s biggest football tournaments. The Crew Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing crew schedules for installation, maintenance, and dismantling across multiple venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage crew schedules to meet event needs across all phases.
- Collaborate with department heads and venue managers to ensure adequate staffing.
- Coordinate transportation, equipment, and on-site crew logistics.
- Communicate scheduling details and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Monitor crew attendance, availability, and well-being.
- Provide post-event reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in crew scheduling, ideally in large-scale events or sports.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
