Job description
MCC Family Services is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter for a growing Behavioral Healthcare organization located in Bensalem.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm.
Eligible for medical benefits and Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation, as occasional travel to satellite offices and off-site recruiting events is required.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting - managing job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks, attending job fair events, assisting in new employee orientation, preparing and maintaining employee files, and special projects, including some Generalist responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable and organized, have great attention to detail, be able to juggle multiple tasks and be able to work with a variety of personalities. Proficiency in Excel is required.
High School diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Experience in HR (specifically in healthcare/mental health) preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and all clearances.
