MCCA, Inc. seeks Full-time Behavioral Health Technicians for 2nd/or 3rd shifts. The Behavioral Health Technician is accountable for the monitoring and well-being of all admitted clients as well as handles administrative functions and maintains the security of the facility.

Major Responsibilities:

Provide excellent client services and respect clients’ rights; adhering to confidentiality according to state and federal guidelines/regulations, as well as remain familiar with MCCA’s policies and procedures.

Responsible for safety of all clients, building and grounds. Conduct hourly checks of building and grounds during the shift to assure safety rules and regulations are being adhered to and all facility systems are running and properly documented, i.e., refrigeration and heating. Document pertinent information related to the facility operations.

Ensure shift coverage that may require occasional mandatory overtime.

All other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma and/or GED with two years of experience working with substance disorder field, behavioral health, or healthcare field.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft office preferred. Electronic medical records systems experience a plus.

Position requires working 2nd/or 3rd shifts.
