Position Summary :
The ideal candidate will be organized and goal-oriented to keep our business operations running smoothly. Beyond greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, you’ll also help shape the way we run our office. The Plant Specialist will provide support for managers and employees through a variety of tasks including developing and preparing presentations, drafting correspondence for various managers, and planning and organizing large-scale meetings and plant functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support managers by providing clerical support and completing administrative duties as needed.
- Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events.
- Efficient and effective in managing tasks, projects, and deadlines, with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary.
- Must have familiarity with invoicing and approval systems, basic accounting, and project management and large scale event planning.
- Complete expense reports through Coupa.
- Organize and plan various employee engagement events.
- Orgonize and coordinate volunteers for community involvment programs.
- Complete all other duties as assigned by plant manager.
