SUMMARY

Responsible for providing clinical outpatient and intensive outpatient services to adolescents through the Adolescent Services Department.

Exempt, Full time

Schedule is Monday & Fridays 9am-5pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 10am-6pm

Pay range begins at $60,000 for Associate Licensed Clinicians

Pay range begins at $65,000 for Fully-Licensed Clinicians

QUALIFICATIONS

LMSW preferred or LMSW eligible within 6 months of hire, LPC, LMFT or LPC-A and MFT-A. Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field is required plus a minimum of 2 years related experience in substance use treatment and/or prevention services.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are required. Strong computer and organizational skills with a customer service orientation and the ability to function in a team environment. Must display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in collaboration with schools, law enforcement and other community leaders. Ability to provide services in Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Valid Driver’s license required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outpatient and intensive outpatient clinical services to adolescents including evaluation, individual and group therapy
  • Facilitate Programming with clients with SUD and co-occurring disorders.
  • Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Conduct psycho-social assessments evaluating individual strengths, weaknesses, problems and needs for the development of an individualized recovery plan.
  • Develop recovery plans with clients by identifying and ranking problems needing resolution; establishing goals; determining a treatment process and resources to be used; and initiating discharge planning.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
