IT Systems Specialist
Must have strong communication skills; relate well to management, program staff and technologists. Knowledge of both technical and business terminology, Responsible for software and hardware implementation, and ongoing management and monitoring of electronic systems.
Full-time/Non-Exempt
PayRange begins at $24.00
QUALIFICATIONS
- Non-profit background: Mental Health/Substance Abuse preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and education.
- 3 years of experience with MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipate agency’s technology needs and proactively identify solutions.
- Monitor and complete help desk tickets in a timely matter.
- Installation of NVR/Camera equipment.
- Zix email encryption and threat protection administrator.
- Implement and manage HIPPA and cyber security training to staff using third party software like BullPhish.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
