Summary
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our team at McCall Rehab and Care Center. In this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff on best practices in patient care.
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and physiology.
- Experience in dementia care and critical care settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
