What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at McCall's Chapel?
Specific Duties:
- Assist with time studies of service recipients.
- Check supported employment time cards daily.
- Assist clients with projects as needed.
- Order Janitorial supplies as needed.
- Supervise individuals on mobile crews.
- Annual certification in all required training.
- Deliver contract work weekly.
- Be able to work flexible hours.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure individuals are appropriately groomed and have necessary items needed for job.
- Assist individuals with applying for employment.
- Assist individuals in learning on-task training.
- Assist individuals in acquiring good on-task behaviors.
- Foster good relationships with local employers.
- Attend required DDSS continuing education classes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to supervise service recipients. Capable of integrating the necessary cultural, educational and vocational factors to ensure that individuals development. Must be computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
