Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase inventory from auctions, trade-ins, and private sellers.
- Display and merchandise vehicles strategically using real-time market data and software tools.
- Oversee the reconditioning process to ensure vehicles are retail-ready.
- List and manage inventory for online presence (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, online photos).
- Support the sales team in meeting volume and gross profit goals.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth, efficient deal turnover.
- Monitor inventory age, turn rate, and profitability.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a dealership sales setting (independent or franchise)
- Knowledge of vehicle appraisals, pricing trends, and auction sourcing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), CRMs, and online marketing platforms
- Driven, organized, and customer-focused with a strong work ethic.
- Sales license.
