About the Job
As an Associate Creative Director - Art, you'll lead innovative creative campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, fostering inspiration and overseeing art direction, visual translation, and execution. You'll supervise and develop art team members, drive client relationships, and contribute to new business growth. A Day in the Life
- Lead creative ideation, partnering with accounts, senior management, and clients to develop brand personality, positioning, and briefs.
- Drive executional craft, collaborating with production to deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicating effectively across departments.
- Manage client relationships, understanding brand vision and messaging.
- Develop and advocate for marketing strategies, possessing in-depth brand knowledge.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Ensure team utilization and productivity, partnering with Creative Resourcing.
- Contribute to new business growth through pitch concepting and execution.
- Demonstrate leadership, empathy, and professionalism in communications.
