Pay:
Our pay structure is competitive and with lucrative bonuses, you could be earning a six-figure income this year. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or new to the industry, we're willing to train you. But one thing's for sure: you've got to be the person who shows up and tries.
Job Duties
It's your responsibility to understand what's expected of you.
Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Roof Inspections and Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough roof inspections to accurately identify exterior damage, providing comprehensive assessments to potential customers.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various channels, including door-to-door canvassing and networking, to generate leads and opportunities for roofing projects.
Customer Consultation and Project Requirement Analysis: Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters to understand project requirements, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
Effective Presentation Skills: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through compelling presentations, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Collections and Financial Management: Manage collections efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely payment and financial accountability throughout the sales process.
Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management: Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries, maintaining open communication and fostering positive relationships throughout the sales and installation process.

Probation Periods
All new staff are subject to a probationary period of 6 months.
Attendance

Appearance
Good judgment should be used, and dress should represent the company in a positive way. We have no desire to micro-manage what you wear, keep in mind our customers are typically older and have higher expectations.
